Today I had the worst day of my life. Firstly, the weather was all gloomy. I was freezing on 176. And I was starving. Good thing is, I ate my lunch. I went with Agnes, Ran into Wei Liang and Mun chong's brother. ( Older one) They day hasn't sucked yet. I handed in my option form and stuff. Then I went to St Margs. You guessed it. I cannot entered the school. You need to have 70% overall in order to enter. I only got 62%.
So I cannot enter. Thanks, everybody for your prayers and all.
sigh. And I couldn't make it to do the manicure with wanzhen. I reached home at 3 and she said it was too late for her to go out already.
Ahh. I need therapy now.

Today. I am experiencing a fairly bad case of writer's block. Yining should know what I mean.

Oh, today he prayed for me. But by the look on his face you'd think he was diagnosed with cancer the day before, and was going to break the shattering news to me.

Turns out, he ain't dying. Just showing a black face probably to give me a scare.

Oh yeah? I'll beat him at his own game. NEXT next next week I will come with a positive pregnancy test kit, with tears in my eyes. And point to some random homeless dude.

Today I had amazing Laksa for just $2. cheap and delicious.

Oh, and my cellgroup ate dinner on the floor. Pretty cool and primitive. Like the time before tables and chairs were even invented. We were supposed to sit in this open air place thingy patio. It had dark wood floors, inky starry sky overhead. Beautiful spot for dinner. Throw in some lit candles and viola! amazing romantic spot for us. But because of the slight rain. They ate at the longkang there. hah. Squatting beside the longkang and spooning nasi bryani into their mouths. Okay, they were NOT squatting beside some longkang. But they sat on the floor. Cuz we couldn't use our original spot. Oh, and the reason I am using 'they' instead of 'we' is because, I wasn't eating with them. I sat in with them as they ate, watched them eat, but didn't eat. Like some detached participant.

Apparently, I am cured of writer's block.

Today Lora came back looking like some sexpot kitten. I mean seriously. Something changed, I think its her hair.

Oh, and I came to church with Brendan. Hah. He's so weird. I stare at him with this blank look on my face and he goes from, 'Whats up?' to 'WHAT?!'

Oh, I love doing that. It tortures people.

And I went for GB games day today. Like half of the GB didn't go. Not even my leader. She wasn't even sick. I came there 1 and a half hours early. Don't ask me why. I am not stupid. ack. Don't even wanna talk about it.

Today was the best, everybody was super sporting about taking pictures. and stuff. And Today i brought my shirt for everybody to sign! I got all my friends to sign. Although I didn't get very nice responses from everybody. I shan't say names, but like, that Alvin guy from 2E6. Haha. But overall I love my shirt. Got everybody whom I wanna remember on my shirt.

OH. Charlene's going for an interview today. I hope all goes well.

Today, Wanzhen accompanied me to my dental appointment. She sat in while I got my wires tightened. She was like peering into my mouth. Haha. Wanzhen, you should have brought a video cam. I always wanted to see the whole procedure, how it looks like.

There was this part, My dentist heated the wire with a Lighter. He asked his assistant for a lighter and Wanzhen gasped.

She's so much fun to be around. hahah.

today is saturday, which means i went to church! that's right.

today i led P&W. AGAIN.
i actually hate doing it.
cuz i have terrible stage fright.
Don't know what possessed me into thinking I would do well in Drama.
those who saw me at the class debate should know.
this means i'll have to sing infront of the cellgroup. SING. i can't even sing loud enough for Brendan to hear me. When we were practicing Brendan was doing fine. But not me. Carlos ( Oh carlos, thanks for helping me!! ) was there attempting to help me raise my volume. ( I am supposed to lead, not lipsynch) Brendan even stopped playing the guitar. I supposed it did help. I never asked Brendan whether he could hear me.

Anyways, Brendan said i did fine. Although i can point out that there was a mistake in the 'Mighty to save' Lyrics. And marvelous light, i totally screwed up, so Brendan had to lead.

but he said I did better. than last time of course. So yay for me!

Although it seems like a defeat, it was sucess. I finally know how to lead Brendan. Now i need to know how to lead the cellgroup in worship.

STRESS.

Oh! and of course. God did help me. I said brief prayers. And i poked Jolyn to pray for me. ( Which she did, I LOVE YOU JOLYN.) and i was desperately beggin God to give me courage and that everything will go efficiently. Which it did. and thats rather surprising. Once again, THANK YOU GOD. for helping me overcome this. I am slighty SLIGHTLY looking forward to the next time i do this. the later the better of course, but i certainly had a good experience.

Oh! and today worship at Night Live was awesome! Well. Maybe for me. Cuz i prayed for something different. And God answered my prayer.

Oh oh. And i love my cellmates!

so does yining. He told me that he was missing them as he took the bus to BB interchange. poor him. i told him to take 66 straight to bedok interchange, but he wouldn't listen. Oh well.

today, I watched Slap her! She's French in the wee hours of the morning.
I slept a bit and was awaken by wanzhen. Honestly i didn't feel like going out! sorry wanzhen darlin' do forgive me. And i watched the island and princess diaries after that. And after that, my mom wanted a girls' night out and we watched Scoop! Oh I loved that show. So today, I watched 2 Scarlett Johansson films. Merde, she's gorgeous. Scoop was really funny. & hugh jackman was just so... haha. nevermind i said anything.

but honestly, he doesn't resemble Wolverine in this show.

OH. and during sharing yesterday, Jasmine told me that their school does Catherine Lim for literature. Merde! thats not fair, i hate hillgrovian literature. Sing to the Dawn was really boring. Even Jiexin pitied me when I told her i did that book for Lit. She said that thats the boring one, Clay Marbles is nicer.

gott mein. my titles are getting more and more outrageous.
anyways. today i went out with Lina, Adlin, Wanzhen, Misliana Alyssa & Hamidah. A pretty big group. We went to Orchard cineleisure to watch a movie. I met up with Wanzhen first. Then we had lunch.

the movie. was totally scary. the girls in front of us were screaming their faces off. Even Mis and Hamidah admitted they screamed. really cool movie. go watch.

Oh yeah, you can expect Frankie Muniz, the little boy from Malcom in the middle to be swearing and swearing in the show. A bit shocking.

Wanzhen, although having watched all kinds of J-horror, admitted that this was the scariest show she ever watched.

Today as i was crossing the road from the bus stop to my home, i noticed one of the traffic lights busted. There's like 3 others, but that's not the point. I was still kinda paranoid so i shuffled quickily across the road. You may never know what might happen next aye?

Anyways, I confided in Wanzhen about my QT troubles. At first she said silly stuff like, :" Maybe God was having his supper." or "Maybe God was talking to someone else." Then after that, she said, :" Were you concentrating properly when you talked to him? Maybe you didn't, Maybe you weren't listening properly."

Then I asked her " Where did you get this from?!!"
And she said, :"Don't know.."

ack. Today i had chinese exam. Everybody said it was the hardest shit ever made by that crazy Mdm. Khong. Really, it was practically Chinese literature. Cuz last year she was going on about how " Chinese literature should be a subject in hillgrove " And how she disliked students lifting from the passage and getting the correct answer.

I know that i am supposed to be studying instead of blogging. But i couldn't resist. Anyways. Esther is oh so religious now. No shit. she is.

And she's my younger sister. If she became a cellgroup leader i am gonna become a buddhist or some shit.

oh crapola. I am beginning to sound jealous. I am not really, I am really happy for her. I think she really deserves its. She's the more disciplined one when it come to quiet time. I, however still have issues.

ohhh! today we celebrated Daryl's Birthday! and i had the liberty to get him the birthday present! it was gorgeous of course, thanks to my excellent taste. haha. I showed it to everybody in my cellgrp :) hurumph i feel so proud! its this dead fish necklace. But its uber cool. Cuz i chose it. heehee.

i kept annoying everybody afterwards. I mean c'mon, i spent a good 20minutes choosing that. anyways. Daryl said it was good cuz his trademark necklace busted. :)

ohoh! and Tommy taught me how to use a lighter. He amused himself we the thought of me smoking, he said i'd have to turn on the gas at home and lean into the fire to light the ciggarette. Very funny, Tommy. The first time i smelled alot of gasoline. The second time flame actually came out! Amazing, i spent all my life trying to learn how to use this lighter since no one in my family smokes. this is also why i am FAR from tempted to smoke.

anyway. today CG was okay, i liked the PnW. Sadly while i was celebratin' Daryl's bday, My CG took another cellgroup picture. They were looking for me but couldn't find me. I gave Brendan my saddest look. haha.

Just realised i am not in ANY cellgroup shots. i mean seriously. i have been in 4 CGs. but none of them have my pic. Good golly gosh. i have to bond with 'em.
